Question: How do I apply products without waste?
Answer: Apply a small amount of each product to your fingertips, then dab it onto your forehead, both cheeks, chin, and neck. Gently rub the product over your face in an upward motion to spread it evenly. It’s not necessary to wait for each product to penetrate before applying the next, but ensure treatment products are well-rubbed in to avoid pilling with hydrators and sunscreens. Typically, one full pump or a pearl-sized amount of creams is sufficient for your entire face, neck, and décolletage.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your products by email at oraiosbeauty@outlook.com. Please include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue along with photos. After review we will contact with instructions.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items will be replaced at no charge to you. We require that you take a picture of the damage an send it to oraiosbeauty@outlook.com along with your information and proof of purchase. We will notify you with further information.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

In the event of lost of stolen packages please contact the appropriate carrier with supplied tracking number. Oraios Beauty cannot be responsible for stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered by carrier to the address entered on original order. We will provide the date of fulfillment, tracking information, and shipping carrier information to the customer. This allows customer real time tracking.
